  • How can i receive my package?

    We will send the goods tracking code to you by email as request, so that you can track the goods information in real time.
     
    In addition, we need to remind you that if you do not have customs clearance capabilities, please contact the agency that declares your own customs to help you clear customs.
  • When will my cables ship?

    Orders for in-stock products placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day under most circumstances. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may ship the following day. 
     
    Most custom orders are filled in 1 to 3 days, depending on size and complexity.
     
    If your shipment is delayed or backordered for any reason, our staff will contact you to offer alternative options, and determine how you would like to proceed.
     

  • What protection can I get for my goods?

    If your goods are expensive and the value is large, we recommend that you purchase corresponding insurance.
  • What's the best way to place an order?

    The fastest and easiest way to place an order is through our website. Just locate the item or items you're looking for and click "Add to cart" then follow the checkout prompts.
  • Do you have international distributors or resellers?

    We have branches and distributors in many parts of the world. All of our products are shipped directly from the warehouses in Shenzhen, China. In the future, we will not rule out the establishment of overseas warehouses to provide faster service. We are happy to ship internationally and offer a range of fast, affordable global transportation options. For more information, please see our international transportation program.
  • What is your minimum order quantity?

    We have no minimum order quantities! Even custom manufactured products have no minimum order quantity, making Superlink perfect for prototypes and product development.
  • Do you offer Rush or Expedited production?

    Yes we do! Custom manufactured products can be built within a specified deadline for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.
     
  • Can I use a freight forwarder?

    We don't arrange freight forwarding services, but your courier or freight forwarder can pick up an order from our Will Call area during regular business hours.
